Neither pasteurized, nor homogenized, this milk is straight from the cow to you!  To prevent customer confusion between the raw milk and pasteurized milk, Apple Valley Creamery now bottles their raw milk in green-lettered bottles with the brand name, “Pure Pastures Dairy.”  This bottle clearly labels the product as Raw Milk.

PA State Warning: Raw milk may contain harmful bacteria which could cause food-borne illness.  These bacteria can seriously affect the health of anyone who drinks raw milk, however, they are particularly dangerous to pregnant woman, children, the elderly, and people with weakened immune systems.
